Terms of Service
The ground rules for hanging out on our site.
1. The Basics
Last Updated: March 10, 2026Welcome to DO YOU ENDO. These Terms of Service act as the legal rulebook between you and HBIC Media, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing doyouendo.com, reading our articles, or submitting a pitch, you’re agreeing to play by these rules. If you don’t agree with them, you should probably click away.
2. We Are Not Your Doctors
We have to say this loudly for the lawyers in the back: Nothing on this site is medical advice. We’re a patient-first publication sharing personal experiences and expert interviews. Do not use our content to diagnose or treat yourself. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your medications, trying a new supplement, or making big health decisions.
3. Your Submissions & Stories
We love when you write for us. When you submit a pitch, essay, or rant to our editorial team, you still own your story. However, you’re granting HBIC Media, LLC the right to edit, publish, share, and promote that content across our website, newsletter, and social media platforms.
We’ll always work with you during the editing process, but we reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish content at any time, for any reason.
4. Our Intellectual Property
Our writers and editors work incredibly hard. The articles, branding, logos, and original graphics on this site belong to HBIC Media, LLC and our contributors. (We also frequently use royalty-free stock imagery from platforms like Pexels, which remains the property of its respective creators.)
You are more than welcome to link to our articles and share them on social media (please do!), but you can’t copy, paste, or steal our original work and pass it off as your own.
5. Community Conduct
DO YOU ENDO is a safe space for Endoviduals. We don’t tolerate hate speech, harassment, medical gaslighting, or spamming. If you use our platform (or our comment sections/social pages) to be a jerk to our writers or readers, we reserve the right to block you and ban you from the community entirely. Protect the peace, or leave.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our absolute best to provide honest, accurate information and product reviews. However, you use this website at your own risk. HBIC Media, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or flare-ups that happen as a result of using our site, reading our content, or trying a product we reviewed.
We also sometimes use affiliate links, which means we might make a small commission if you buy something we recommend, at zero extra cost to you.
